This image is shown my "Robotel" text followed by the "bear".
Both were created mainly in Illustrator for its precision with vector graphics.
With the "Pen Tool" I outlined the bear's contours to ensure a clean and round shape.
The "Gradient Tool" gave the bear's face and ears a vibrant and dynamic feel, making them visually striking and interesting to the viewer.
"Type Tool" is used to show the brand name.
These were some of the
Talking Heads advert filming
The three advertising structures are as follows;
1. Narrative (Features a story, the story will show a character using the product/service)
2. Talking Heads (A person that talks directly to the viewer, it will have multiple people talking; They introduce an issue or something that they wanted, and how using the product/service help).
3. Documentary (Shows real-world events, or an acted out version of events - similar to narrative; is often used to spread awareness of issues that affect the real world, rather than sell a product).
02. What kind of advertisement were you asked to shoot? How did you feel about this task? What did you plan on your storyboard? How difficult was planning with your team?
The kind of advertisement we asked to film talking heads.
I was very happy about this project because I've been able to use my skills in videography and my imagination.
We planned who would talk in the advert, which part of the script the shooting was pretty simple, and what we would advertise.
It was pretty much hard to plan with my team because they weren't talking that much and I had to come up with ideas fast.
3. How did your footage come out? After reviewing it, which shots are you happiest with? What shots did you plan that were easy to shoot? was the biggest issue you faced when filming with your team?
The footage wasn't how I wanted it to be because I expected better quality and more time.
I think the best shot is the last one.

3. Which of the following materials is considered the most sustainable for packaging?
A) Styrofoam
B) Aluminum
C) Plastic
D) Paper X
Part B: Short Answer Questions
4. Explain why reducing packaging waste is important for sustainability.
Minimizing the likelihood of pollution events resulting from the incineration of waste materials. Decreasing the volume of greenhouse gases, particularly methane, emitted from landfill locations. Lowering the quantity of leachate generated at landfill sites.
5. List three benefits of using sustainable packaging materials.
Beneficial, safe and healthy for individuals and communities throughout its life cycle.
Meets market criteria for performance and cost.
Sourced, manufactured, transported and recycled using renewable energy.
Provide a brief explanation for each benefit.
It should be beneficial, safe, and healthy for people and communities during its entire life cycle. It must meet market standards for performance and cost. It should be sourced, made, transported, and recycled using renewable energy.
Part C: True or False
6. True or False: All types of plastic can be recycled. False
7. True or False: Sustainable packaging can help improve a company's brand image. false
Part D: Reflection
8. Reflect on a product you use daily. What changes could be made to its packaging to make it more sustainable?
Write a short paragraph discussing your thoughts
Thinking about a product I use every day, like a shampoo bottle, there are several ways to make its packaging eco-friendly:
1. Use Recycled or Biodegradable Materials Current Packaging: Most shampoo bottles are made from plastic, which is often not recyclable or only partially so. Sustainable Change: The bottle could be created from 100% recycled plastic or a biodegradable option. Plant-based plastics, such as those from sugarcane, could lessen environmental harm while still being strong and functional.
2. Refillable Bottles Current Packaging: Shampoo bottles are usually single-use and thrown away after use. Sustainable Change: A refillable system could be set up, allowing customers to buy shampoo refills in larger containers (like eco-friendly pouches or bulk sizes) to refill their original bottles. This would significantly cut down on plastic waste over time.

c) A material that lasts forever
d) A material that requires recycling
Part B: Short Answer Questions (two sentences minimum)
4. List two benefits of using sustainable packaging.

Sales from sustainability.

False, because lack of materials, a lack of materials when creating packaging can increase the price for retailers and consumers
7. True or False: All plastic is recyclable. Explain your answer
Almost all types of plastics can be recycled. However, the extent to which they are recycled depends upon technical, economic and logistic factors.
Part D: Discussion Question (with a partner)
8. Discuss how consumer behavior can influence packaging sustainability. Provide at least two examples.
Consumer behavior greatly affects the sustainability of packaging. As people become more aware of environmental issues, their choices can encourage companies to use more sustainable packaging options. Here are some ways consumer behavior influences packaging sustainability:
1. Preference for Eco-friendly Packaging More consumers are worried about how their purchases impact the environment. Many look for products with eco-friendly or recyclable packaging and favor brands that use sustainable materials like recycled paper, biodegradable plastics, or reusable containers. This demand motivates companies to explore greener packaging alternatives.
2. Move Towards Minimalistic Packaging Consumers are increasingly noticing the problems caused by excessive packaging. Many prefer products with little or no packaging, prompting a trend towards designs that use less material. This shift inspires brands to create more efficient and sustainable packaging solutions.
